We have been designated as an overseas private network by Korean government agencies and local governments. The Strategic Planning Division, leveraging years of experience, develops tailored strategies and provides customized solutions to help domestic companies expand their export channels into Southeast Asia.

Introduction to Key Tasks

1.1 Overseas Branch Establishment Program

The Company has been selected as an overseas private network of the Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation in KTE Trading, India, and has been appointed as an official private network of Hinge-area businesses that can carry out overseas branching and export voucher projects.

- Governing Ministries & Organizations : Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy
- Organizations : KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), Small & Medium Business Corporation (SBC), World-OKTA (World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations)
- Project Overview : Basic marketing, marketing and export support, and export & localization support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that lack the capacity to establish overseas branches.

1.2 Designation of Overseas Business Centers and Partners

Our company has been appointed as an Overseas Business Center in India by Jeonnam TP, Gwangju TP, Jeollabuk-do Economic and Trade Promotion Agency, Korea Photonics Technology Institute, and Seoul Business Agency (SBA). We support domestic companies in specific industries by providing consulting services for market expansion, organizing export consultation meetings, and assisting with trade delegations. Furthermore, we expand our scope of work to include the operation of individual company market development teams, supporting our role as an overseas business center.

- Project Overview : In order to support overseas marketing and market development, such as finding overseas buyers by excellent SMEs and spreading demand sources, we have designated overseas business centers that can support export promotion to support the company to spread as new markets.

1.3 Thiland Advisory Committee Activities

-Project Overview : This initiative aims to support the export growth of domestic companies, particularly export beginners with limited experience. By leveraging regional expertise and local market knowledge, it provides customized consulting tailored to each company’s needs, helping them successfully expand into international markets.

1.4 Thailand FDA Certification for Cosmetics and Food

The Thai government implements various industrial certification systems through FDA certification with the aim of ensuring public health and safety. A designated agency is assigned to each certification type.

Recently, with Thailand's economic growth and the advancement of its industrial and consumer markets, the range of certified products has been expanding. Additionally, as Thailand tends to use its certification system and procedures as non-tariff barriers, it is essential to thoroughly understand the certification requirements for each product category when exporting.

We leverage years of expertise to handle the entire certification process for individual products.

1.5 Establishment of a Thai Corporation and Accounting Management

Thailand is considered the gateway to Southeast Asia for many foreign investors. However, due to complex legal regulations, many investors face difficulties in establishing a presence.

We assist in setting up corporations in Thailand every year, addressing various challenges that may arise during overseas expansion.
